Hardware & Durables

Electronics sell on precision. Brushed aluminium against soft-touch plastic, a speaker grille, a seam that has to be exactly right. Each surface separated by how it handles the same light, and solved in the render.

Why it’s different

What consumer electronics demands.

The details this category lives or dies on, and how an accurate 3D master solves each one instead of fighting it on a set.

  • 01

Finishes that sit side by side

Brushed metal, anodised aluminium and soft-touch plastic share a frame constantly. Each is defined by how it handles light, not by a filter.

  • 02

    Tolerance-level accuracy

Seams, grilles and ports are built from CAD, so the detail holds at the magnification a product page invites.

  • 03

    Internals made visible

Exploded views and cutaways show what is inside without destroying a unit or staging a teardown.

  • 04

    Launch assets before hardware ships

Because the model comes from the same data as production, campaign visuals can be finished before the first unit exists.

Questions buyers ask

The consumer electronics questions we get.

Real fit-check, format and cost questions from brand teams in consumer electronics. Answered with the numbers, 2026 category signals and named-client work we actually ship against.

  1. 01

How do you build launch content before we have a prototype?

From CAD, engineering drawings or design mockups. We build the 3D master before the first unit exists and render hero campaign visuals from that file. STEP, IGES or OBJ files from your mechanical design team give us production-accurate 3D models. Materials are built from the design intent (brushed aluminium, anodised finish, speaker mesh, cover glass) using PBR shaders that match how the real material will handle light. Launch marketing is ready the day inventory lands, not 3 weeks after.

  2. 02

Can you deliver hero videos in time for the MKBHD/LTT window?

Yes. A full launch content matrix (hero film, PDP 3D, Amazon 3D-badge asset, vertical Reels and Shorts cutdowns) ships in 3 to 5 weeks from CAD. The twelve-reviewer launch window (MKBHD, LTT, MrWhosetheBoss, The Verge, CNET, Rtings and peers) decides Amazon rankings and LLM answers for the next 24 months. Reviewers unbox and post within days of embargo lift, so brand-produced hero content has to be shipped and cued for the same window, cut across YouTube full-length, Reels, Shorts, PDP and A+.

  3. 03

Do you supply Amazon 3D View and A+ assets?

Yes. Every electronics project ships a low-poly LOD under 5MB for the Amazon 3D badge, plus a full A+ Content module with feature infographics. Amazon 3D/AR listings drive roughly 2x purchase conversion on AR-enabled SKUs, and 'View in Your Room' adds about 9% sales lift. The 3D master exports as GLB for Amazon and USDZ for Shopify's iOS 3D viewer. A+ Content is built as 5 to 7 mobile-first blocks with alt-text and machine-readable feature bullets for Rufus.

  4. 04

What does an AI product video for a wearable cost vs a shoot?

AI product video variants run $3 to $25 per video once the CGI hero exists, versus $2,000 to $8,000 per shot for a physical wearable shoot with a hand model. The one-time cost is the 3D master and hero render. From there, our AI Creative Engine generates 50 to 100 sized variants per hero for Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Amazon Sponsored Brand video. For a wearable launch, that means a matrix of 200+ campaign cuts from one hero, all with the product staying pixel-accurate.

  5. 05

Which electronics brands have you shipped for?

Named consumer electronics clients include Mivi and Times Black. Related consumer-brand work also covers Luminous and Lifelong. Both Mivi and Times Black run monthly production cadences with us for audio, wearable and accessory launches. Every launch ships as a 3D master, hero campaign visuals, PDP gallery, Amazon 3D badge asset and AI ad variants cued for the twelve-reviewer window.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

The things brands in this space ask before the first brief. Anything else, just email us.

Yes, and it is the ideal starting point. CAD gives us production-accurate dimensions, so the render matches the manufactured unit rather than an interpretation of it.
